Each basic melody was written on what is referred to as a “lead sheet”, and included the chords (written above notes) as well as the lyrics (where applicable). The purpose is to provide an additional tool for the arranger. With the exception of the computer ized printing, the notes and any associated art work involving each of the fifteen numbers on this CD were drawn by the composer.
